I don^t know about you but for me it is very important to be able to provide for my own family. I want them to be able to trust me and depend on me. They need to feel that I have the money needed to guarantee a safe future for them. It has always been clear to me that I want to be a person of that kind and I hope that you know what I mean. If you think differently about it, you are probably wrong. I understand that every person might have a different approach but some things will never change in my opinion. I think that the same can be noticed when it comes to businesses. Recently my boss couldn^t afford warm air heaters for our offices and because of this it is really cold in here. I think that this is terrible and that things of that kind shouldn^t happen. Do you agree with me? It is a huge mistake and I believe that one day he will understand this problem. If you are a boss of a company, it is your responsibility to provide your workers with everything they need. You should treat them as if they were your family.
